✅ The prices shown apply to standard installations on the first floor of residential homes. For buildings, second floors, or difficult access, an inspection is required for a more accurate estimate.
📍 INSTALLATION CONDITIONS:
- ✔️ Work area protection: Furniture and floors will be covered if easily movable.
- ✔️ Work area cleaning: Debris generated during installation will be removed, but window cleaning is not included.
- ✔️ Blind and curtain removal/installation: We are not responsible if they break due to age or poor condition.
- ✔️ Additional materials or structural modifications: If moldings, stucco touch-ups, drywall, or floor adjustments are required, they can be added at an extra cost.
- ✔️ Incorrect measurements provided by the customer: If the purchased unit is the wrong size, additional costs may apply for adjustments or replacements.
- ✔️ Repair of damage to walls, floors, or tiles: Not included but can be quoted separately if needed.
⚠️ If there are structural issues, difficult access, or details not mentioned in the request, the final price may change. A prior inspection is recommended to avoid cost adjustments.
💵 PAYMENT:
- 💰 50% upon job start (when the installer arrives on the first day).
- 💰 50% upon completion and delivery of the installation.
